Linsey is a freelance designer, artist, and writer currently based in Denver, CO.
Growing up with a father who was an airline pilot, Linsey spent her childhood moving around the United States, eventually settling in Colorado. She attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where she earned a BA in journalism and a BFA in printmaking, with a minor in graphic design. This solid foundation in both journalism and art has greatly influenced her career trajectory.
Upon graduating from college, Linsey spent several years working various design jobs before finding her niche in the publishing industry. She started as a production artist at Sounds True, and quickly advanced to roles as a graphic designer and art director, focusing on book covers and interiors. To this date, she has had a hand in designing over 100 titles.
Linsey left her full-time position in 2022 to fully embrace freelance design work, art and writing.
